Hi everyone! For those that are new to us, HetaliaRP is the mod account for a particular circle on twitter. ( visit our twitter page or if you're on twitter already @HetaliaRP) Anyway, this blog was created so that everyone in the RP could have a common place to access rules an updates. While updates will still be posted on the twitter account, they will also be posted here for those that do not happen to be on when updates are posted can access things.
So, things that will be posted here include:

~Updates (new players/characters, rule updates, etc.)
